Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Handling Because we work directly with specialized distributors to ensure product availability, order processing times may vary. Once your order is placed, we coordinate with our distribution partners to fulfill your request. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, though this can fluctuate based on distributor lead times.

Shipping Rates (UK Mainland)

• Standard Flat Rate: £9.95 for all standard orders.

• Bulk & Heavy Goods: For exceptionally large or heavy trade orders, we reserve the right to contact you regarding additional shipping surcharges. If a surcharge applies to your order, we will notify you before dispatch to confirm or offer a full refund.

Delivery Partners We primarily utilize tracked courier services, such as DPD, to ensure your goods arrive safely. Please note that while we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package has left the distributor’s warehouse.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched by our partner, you will receive an update regarding your delivery. If a tracking number is provided by the courier, it will be forwarded to the email address used at checkout.

International Shipping At this time, we primarily focus on domestic shipping. For inquiries regarding deliveries outside of the UK mainland, please contact our support team directly.
